Replacing Aggression with CalmSituation Ginny, a border collie, lived with her family in a rural area where she was allowed free range over her yard. Although, she obediently stayed within its boundaries, Ginny's behavior was becoming more and more aggressive toward visiting guests. Behavior As cars pulled into the driveway she would race at them, barking loudly, as if challenging the people inside to get out and face her. They learned to stay safely inside their cars, honking their horn. Assessment When Leslie was asked to help with the situation, the healing and communication session brought to the surface a variety of experiences that had occurred earlier in Ginny's life. As the pieces of her story came together a core belief surfaced that was at the heart of what drove Ginny to be overly protective, even aggressive toward non-family members. |

writes:
"Leslie communicated with Ginny without being physically with her... Within two hours I saw a change in Ginny. She perked up, having been depressed. She continued to be herself again, and I thought it was remarkable. "Ginny was diagnosed shortly after with terminal kidney disease. She was 13. I used the nutritional counseling given by Leslie. Ginny changed from being listless, with a poor appetite, to an energetic collie and steadily improved." J.B., Crestone, CO |
